Finally, Brian Tanaka has confirmed his separation from Mariah Carey, following reports claiming the pair have split.
“Dear friends and fans,” the professional dancer shared on Instagram, “With mixed emotions, I share this personal update regarding my amicable separation from Mariah Carey after seven extraordinary years together.”
He added, “Our decision to go our separate ways is mutual, and as we move forward on these separate journeys, we do so with deep respect and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we shared Are.
Adding, “The memories we created and the artistic collaborations are forever engraved in my heart.”
Maria and Brian’s relationship began in 2006 when Brian joined the megastar’s Adventures of Mimi tour. A decade later, the two started dating in 2016.
