Pakistan’s metropolitan city, Karachi, has ranked fourth in the list of world’s friendliest fast food workers, according to a research report released on Friday.
The report shared by online gaming platform Spin Casino analyzed the five most popular global fast-food chains, namely McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Subway and Starbucks, and surveyed customer ratings in each city across the continents.
Fast food lovers in Pakistan have given the service an average rating of 4.32 out of 5, the platform said in a statement released on Friday “Local and cultural etiquette is highly valued in Pakistan and the workers demonstrate that good customer service How that translates into a great customer experience.”
The statement said, “As we see fast food chains increasing in every town and city, ‘Quick Bite’ restaurant staff in Pakistan have been named as the fourth friendliest restaurants in the world ”
“Our research looked at which capital cities had these fast food chains and how customers rated their experience, including the overall service they received.”
“When choosing where to grab a quick bite to eat, our first thought is usually to head to one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The statement further said, being able to grab a meal in less than 5 minutes has gone from being a luxury to a necessity as we now expect to have at least one familiar chain wherever we go.
Ironically, the US capital Washington DC was ranked 68th with a rating of 3.63 out of 5 and London was even lower at 71st with a rating of 3.58. The report suggests that the low ratings may be due to many outlets needing a lot of staff to deal with customers.
